The ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï has been celebrating Hispanic heritage for years. As a new Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI), the university's HSI directors reflect on the importance of the value of servingness.

As the ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï embraces its recent designation as a Hispanic-Serving Institution, this Hispanic Heritage Month holds special significance. Through the voices of a diverse campus community, ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï celebrates the rich histories, vibrant cultures, and meaningful contributions that Hispanic and Latine individuals bring to ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï. This month, and through the HSI designation, serves as a testament to ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï’s dedication to fostering an inclusive environment where Hispanic and Latine students feel seen, supported and empowered to succeed.
