Biography
David Ross, DO graduated from Western University of the Health Sciences’ College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. After internship, he served as a flight surgeon in both the active-duty and reserve Air Force. He later completed a residency in emergency medicine practiced emergency medicine for over two decades at Penrose Hospital and St. Francis Medical Center in Colorado Springs, CO. During that time, he became a medical director for many emergency medical services (EMS) agencies and fire departments across the State of Colorado. Immediately prior to taking his current position at ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï COM, Dr. Ross was Director of the Rural and Wilderness Medicine Track at Rocky Vista University (RVU) in Englewood, CO. He also was a faculty member in RVU’s Office of Simulation in Medicine and Surgery and, until Fall 2022, was course director of the first two years of RVU’s Military Medicine Program.
